My husband and I have been stopping in to the centre for a few years; in the past we had too many 'friendly ferals' from our former farm, but the last just left us at 18-19 yrs, sigh. So, we finally visited and actually adopted a lovely cat. All the staff were great. There is always a supervisor, and some staff are clearly slightly challenged, but doing a good job, re: the above poster! We were very impressed when we actually adopted a cat!!!!

Brought my one year old to see the cats to potentially adopt and the old guy with glasses and messy hair rudely commented, "don't scare the cats," when my kid shouted out 'cat'. Clearly he doesn't have kids of his own or is around small children considering you can't control how a child gets excited and calls out when they see something they like. He could have said it nicely or nothing at all. Also the old woman and staff has a staring problem.
