I'm now completely relaxed when it looks like I need a haircut etc. I wait until the next Tuesday and go to the Salon in Rose City Plaza. BUT! I only want my hair cut by Tina. She is friendly but not overbearing, listens patiently, and does exactly what I've requested. I don't remember how long I've been going to Tina, but I remember mid December last year driving to the First Choice Haircutters in Port Colborne (South from Welland) and I've managed to track her down even though you have one employee who refused to tell me when Tina would be working next. She said "any one of our stylists can cut your hair". I'm sure they could, but I prefer Tina to do it. No luck - she refused to tell me when Tina would be in the Welland store next. She also refused to pass on a message to Tina - claimed that it wasn't allowed. Sorry to do a rant, but I am SO satisfied with Tina that no-one else would compare. I hope she keeps working for you for a long time. Satisfied 105% customer. Thank you!

This location is under new management. I've been a customer for a long time without major complaints but If you've had issues in the past, I would strongly recommend that you try this place again because the service and quality of the services is , in my opinion, 1st class.
