Every experience with the customer service manager has been horrible. Rude, not helpful, demeaning, condescending. She constantly harasses. I can’t even shop freely without feeling like a criminal. She needs to be fired.

I have never seen as rude a customer service person as her. What all should not be done by a customer service manager she is epitome of that. I have observed this over last few visits, hence I prefer Sunrise Walmart over Ira Needles Walmart. She bosses over her co-worker, is extremely rude to customers. Hope she shifts away from Ira Needles so that there is better environment to shop at Walmart at Boardwalk location.

After seeing previous reviews of the customer service manager at the boardwalk location I believe there may not be a point to submitting reviews as Walmart does not appear to be addressing the issue. I suspect the manager is not sufficiently trained in customer service and I believe further training would be of use to this individual as it is shocking that someone with this demeaning attitude would be working in customer service as a manager.

Our last visit will be the last time!!! The customer service manager is terrible!!!! Worst ever at satisfying customer complaints. Prices not marked on product shelf, and you are expected to find pricescanner??? What's up with that?? Should the product either be marked on product or on shelf? Why is it up to me to figure price out? Last straw was with a toilet flapper, there were two very similar kinds, both the same brand name . But one price advertised. When we go through cashier price comes up 2$ more. Not really the end of the world but I stand in line to question price difference. Finally the rude manager comes over 20 minutes later . I am told they didn't have time to price shelf, and every excuse that I should have searched out a price checker. This must be the 20 th time I have had a problem with them charging to much and having an excuse every Time! Anyways after rediculous customer service I will not give Walmart any more of my $
