Being a customer for over 25 years doesn’t get you special service. I accidentally busted three phones in 2020 and what did I get from this store manager opens the box showed it to me didn’t bother to wipe his germs from it and said no they will not take the time to download my contacts or even attempt to assist me further. This very service is why Amazon is becoming a first choice store.
