My Mom, who is close to 85+ yrs old, went to the LifeLabs in Boardwalk location, Waterloo, for her blood testing. The test paper was sent from physician office to this location on Sept 30 (with proof). But the lab person stated they didn't receive it and refuse to do test when my Mom was onsite this morning. She was fully dressed for self-protection and fasting for this test, and really upset how the lab handles the patient test paper (mis-placed after received).
