Great customer service received when I ordered new wheels for my Sun Mountain Speed Cart. Staff members Mathew, Rihanna and receiver Ken all went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my order. They contacted Sun Mountain directly and kept me notified of the status of my order. Bravo for excellent customer service. In contrast the other store in Kitchener would not even take my order over the phone, saying I needed to come in store.
