Even though I had purchased my phone online and not at her store, the store manager (Rhonda) still spent A LOT of time helping me set up my phone as I am a first time iPhone user. She was extremely helpful and professional. How classy of her to assist me in this way, acknowledging that I was a Bell customer. I ended up purchasing a charger and a case for the phone because I felt it was the least I could do! I highly recommend this Bell location!!
