This is what I just posted on your "unofficial" FB page. Pretty sad that you don't even have a FB forum but here we go: You want to know what I think ? By not referring to walk in clients (while on the phone with tech support) as "I have to take care of THOSE people that just walked in" . Extremely unprofessional. I am not THOSE people, I am "people" who have done their homework knowing exactly what we wanted, ready to book, credit card in hand. The idea was to have a local business make some money. But instead, we have booked a 2 week Greek "Island hopper" trip and a 2 week Caribbean cruise directly with the vendor. Good luck .
