my family and I tried to rent a car the other day. But the car was broken, and even thou the machine said the refund would happen, it didn't. Reaching out the customer service and they are refusing to help. They are asking me to dispute the charges with my bank. Ridiculous.

Tried to pay with card money was taken off a card but wasn’t allowing us to remove car from station so had to pay cash no body in the mall could help us. Never get this again

Card reader didn't work so I paid cash. My card was double charged. Paid $30 for a $10 rental and no one in the mall is capable of issuing a refund. Unacceptable.
