The price I was charged was incorrect per the online flyer (and Flipp flyer). My request to check the price was passed onto a young man who did not provide satisfactory customer service. I finally said that I was not going to haggle over a dollar...but the principle of the matter is that it is not okay to charge more than the advertised price. Since being home, I have double checked the price...I was correct. On the other hand, the cashier and packer were friendly and attentive (this is often not the case). I have been shopping at the Conestoga Mall Zehrs for 25 + years and have rarely ever made a complaint. I anticipate continuing to be a customer even though I am made to feel like I am being a bother for questioning prices. (I also work very hard for my money).
