My 85 year old mom was not receiving bills for her phone. She was sent to 3 different locations and they would not accept cash or debit. After I was on hold for 45 minutes at Kudo number I called Conestoga Mall. Wil let me vent and solved payment problem, over the phone, in 10 minutes. He called back promptly after arranging that bills be mailed out. He needs to be promoted or go to a company that values customer service as much as he does.
