Its circus in there. They are all sweet talk but unorganized. They messed up my appointment time and took their pretty little time to do all the paperwork again. We had to wait for more than an hour to get tested, beyond our appointment time slot and there was no body Infront of us at that whole time. Payed quite a bit for the test. Hope they send the result in time. Not impressed at all.

I just wanted to extend my thanks to this place. I need to get tested every week for COVID, they have gone beyond their customer service to accommodate me regardless how busy they are. Friendly, courteous and caring. Until you experience what they have to go through not only to give flu shots, to fill prescriptions, answer questions, even helping a senior to understand how a certain product works and on and on I can't help but be grateful for this place.

We have attended at this pharmacy a number of times for prescriptions and most recently frequent Covid tests. We’ve been very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and good humour of the staff. Highly recommended.

I have been given ODSP drug and dental benefits confirmed by my ODSP worker on Oct. 9, 2020. I went to the Shopper's Drug Mart pharmacy to pick up 2 scrips and they told me my Health Card was rejected from their system. I went home. I called Shopper's at around 1pm and spoke to a pharmacist. I indicated that there is a hotline to call for verification of my ODSP verification. He was literally snotty with me, told me he'd call me in 2 hours when he would check my credentials and did not return my call. I am livid!!!!! If I could rate this service - I say 0. Snotty service, no follow up, don't care about people in need of medication.
