I purchased 4 towels on April 8th and am not able to use as the lint that comes off them is unreal. I have washed them twice and dried in the dryer and still the fluff/lint is so bad that they are not usable. Plus the lint gets over everywhere. I try calling the store customer service and am told the operator is not available. I live in Guelph so no close store to return the merchandise.

Very Bad Experience with their Poor Poor Service, Purchased Effy Ring and thought they are reliable!! hand them the Ring for repair, early March 2021, they lost it!! I was the one who found out where is my RING!! (wrong vendor)Today is Sep 9 2021-they don't know anything about my ring yet, DO NOT GO THERE FOR SHOPPING!!
