Staff sold me an Alcatel phone that was not updated properly to fix a known software bug. Upon returning the phone, staff accused me of not returning a protective case (untrue) and of removing the sim card. (The sim card had been removed by a co-worker the previous day and he eventually found it) The staff was inept, rude and offered no apology for his 2 errors and accusations that caused me considerable frustration and inconvenience. Avoid!!
