I was at the store on January 27th, right before the closing. I came with the intentions to exchange an item I bough from Zwilling store at Premium Outlet. The sales associates were not able to understand the receipt, where one item was was returned, and another was purchased with an additional payment. They were so rude, even told me to go home and talk to my family, maybe it helps me to understand.
