Horrible shopping experience!!! They ask the 3 free gift (tote bags) back that we never received when My wife and me want to refund some charms, because they see some kind of code on the receipt, which no one ever explained to us when we paid. In the following 4 weeks we went back to the store 3 times, ask for the security camera footage to proof that we never took the free gift. Every time the store manager Delma Bruni said she doesn’t have time in very rude and disrespectful attitude. At the end of the 30days return period, they charged us $180 for not return the tote bags in order to do the refund. We called the customer service 5 times and after waiting for 4 months long, finally received a call from the store, said they can’t find the footage but they want to split the cost which can offer $60 in-store credit!!!! What a joke!!! We refused immediately. That is only 1/3 of what they charged us for nothing, and not even count the time we have wasted. This store management is a mess. Sales Rep marks the free items that customer never took on their receipt, so someone can have them. Worst customer service all they way to the management level. Don’t waste your time here.
