I visited your Vaughan Mills store on Sunday afternoon to return a gift I had purchased for my daughter. She was able to find anything so we therefore asked for a giftcard and were told that it was not allowed!. She found a few items so I paid the difference. at the register we were told that this was a final sale!. We cannot believe your return exchange policy - it is so frustrating. We do not feel comfortable shopping for ourselves and or definitely not for gift buying.
