Went there to get a gift for my son's birthday. Waited 5 minutes to get a bear filled while an associate stood around not helping us. They proceeded to tell us we had to grab a bear first. Once we did they told us their machine was closed and couldn't start it again which I find unlikely. I then tried talking to the manager and all she did was give us a very insincere apology.
