Made appointment to sign up for satellite tv. Wanted plain receiver and self install. Was told by the two people working in Trenton store that was not possible/not an option. Left store. Drive to Belleville store. Got signed up, purchased the receiver, self install, no issues, no problems. If you want great service, go to Belleville. They know their products and their services. Trenton still is sub par.
