I needed strong support panties and a saleswoman directed me to purchase a pair of panties (almost $200), assuring me that they were full support. I asked more than once, "are you sure they are support panties and not just smoothing panties, like the much cheaper brand, Spanx? She again replied, "Yes, they're amazing, they will take off inches". When I got home I read on the box of panties, "Light Support". I checked Wolford's website and "light support" means only smoothing. The next day I tried to return the panties, but was informed that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. It didn't matter that the saleswoman misinformed me. Mirna, the Manager said, "I guess this salesperson needs more training". As you're not allowed to try on anything and the salespeople tell you whatever they have to in order to sell--BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
