Visited Yorkdale's Tiffany yesterday (Aug. 11/20) with my daughter and experienced the best customer service ever. Our sales associate, Shannelle W was professional, courteous, patient, product knowledgeable and so very helpful. She understood what my daughter was looking for and showed her a number of different pieces to meet her "wants". Shannelle went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy with the final selection. She willingly did this in her own without us having to ask to see other products. We left Tiffany's extremely content with our purchase and the entire experience leading up to the purchase. We thank Shanelle's outstanding personality, professionalism and exceptional service for this remarkable experience.
