On Friday, Sept. 14th, I went to the ATM for a cash withdrawal of a larger amount and expierienced some difficulties and i just wish so say a big Thank You on how my problem was solved. I was totally distraught because there was the possiblilty that my problem could not be solved that afternoon and i was leaving Canada on Monday for another country. However, staff was wonderfully kind, calming, helpful and above all, unbureaucratic:) Thumbs UP !!!!
