Came in to repair my Samsung S22 ultra. It has been 2 weeks without any follow up. Called support and theyre completely useless. You would think a big company would be giving you mediocore service after spending almost 2k for a phone. Will be looking elsewhere this time!

Called to ask if there is something can help fix my samsung fold Z3 after a line appears while playing games. Have this under a year and suddenly something goes wrong with LED. The rep told me to bring in and can get fixed but not it's a lie!! They'll turn it around to blame its you causing the screen damage. So tell me, what was the purpose of having a one year warranty for internal if not to get served? For anyone who thinks of purchasing DON'T

In the last month I had been to this location and each visit to the store was great the rep that I delt with the 3 times was great the individual who had been in the 3 times went above and beyond what he had to do and was very helpful they guy needs a raise big time

Worst customer experience ever! I went into the store to purchase a few accessories for my Note 20 Ultra and walked out with nothing. The staff were rude and distracted.
