Never able to get even the price on a quilt or bedside table on the second floor. The disasterous phony hauteur of all PB staff at this location must damage sales. It's obvious. Bad energy is evident in the body language of all employees. Their private resolutions to AVOID customers' queries, to avoid management of more than one customer at a time etc etc BIG YAWN. Order online.
