I am working in the office building at Yorkdale Mall and very often I have to do a lot of registered mails over 100 envelopes each time, at the post office at the Shoppers Drug Mart in the Yorkdale Mall. The lady, Eugenia, who does the registered mail for all the envelopes, is a very amazing person. She does her work efficiently, calmly and correctly while at the same time answers any question politely and knowledgeably when being interrupted by a pass by customer. I would give my five stars to Eugenia.
