Extremely unpleasant staff at the cashing machine and very unpleasant and condescending manager. If you give me a product with a stain and I ask if you think it can be removed, don't talk to me in a condescending way. Too bad, I love this brand but this location just sucks. Never left with a pleasant experience. If the brand is fine with such bad customer service, then am not shopping from Massimo Dutti again. Just look at all the other bad revie
