Front end staff are not focused on costumers. While waiting for my smoothie employee are busy yapping with they're personal life matter. Young lady took my order right after straight back on they're conversation. Iam a csm and this reflect the poor example what they're manager has to offer. Just keep the conversation on the down low. Not Infront of costumers. What the heck did I expect, employee were both young. Smoothie was great!
