I picked up a suite a few weeks ago, the stitching on the suite is starting to come undone. Little disappointed after waiting almost 5 weeks for the suite - assumed I wouldn't have this problem. I really don't want to schedule another meeting to come in...and wait 2 weeks to get my suite back. Staff was super helpful and are knowledgeable - no issues there. What is the best approach to address this.
