Cant rate it a negative or 0 but The staff that check out my item was so rude. Didn’t get her name. I was talking and she wasn’t even listening to me and wanted me out ASAP and they weren’t even that busy. This store needs to work with better customer service!

This store has an attitude problem. Customer service totally unacceptable. Just because you are in Yorkdale Mall you would think you would have a bit more class. Will go to other H&M stores for good service. If I don’t get good service doesn’t matter the store I will not return or recommend. Your loss. I tried this store on a whim and very dissatisfied.
