I have been loyal freedom customer. However, i have experienced worst customer service in this freedom location. Some of the workers here, Udhay and Jenny are the worst, liars, lazy and disrecpectful. They are always trying to fool their customers by giving wrong information & giving you a disadvantageous protection plan. Also, they cant help you with any problems or issues you might encounter with. They never apologize on their mistake.

I was looking for a specific phone and travelled to four stores. The first and third store did no have the phone. The second store had a sales lady that was poorly trained and could not help me. The also had no access to WiFi . I finally ended up at Yorkdale and had Oscar as a salesman. He was courteous and was very knowledgeable Hence the 5 stars. My only problem was contacting the store by telephone
