I went to the bose store at Yorkdale to have my headphone checked if there is something wromg with it which i bought from the store while ago... the staff are very rude, they talked each other instead of helping other customer, lack of customer skill and not giving the best solution to the problem,,, i hope the compony hire people who are technically more competent and customer service oriented.
