The person at the counter seems to take multiple breaks a day - there is never anyone at the counter when I go - I called later and he said that there is no point in going at 3 p.m. as he is on break but at 4:00 there was still no one there.

Not sure why they are occupying a spot if no one is ever in attendance - no notes to say when they will be back.
