My family and I had our appointments scheduled for Feburary 18th 2023 back in January 2022, and they sent us an appointment confirmation e-mail to the three of us every week starting from January 2023. However, the clerk failed to realize that February 18th 2023 was a statutory holiday in Ontario, and did NOT notify OR reschedule us AT ALL. Furthermore, the appointment system sent a text message to notify us about the appointment the day before.
