I have been a customer for a few years and always get serviced by Tommy and will never go anywhere else. Tommy is a true example of providing his clients with excellent service. Very nice and clean business and wonderful staff that always greets everyone with a smile .

Terrible terrible place to get your nails done! My nails were only on for one week before they all started to broke off!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady and her husband who are the owners are rude! And are major crooks. They are very expensive and change their prices based on their customers they take advantage. Don’t go here. You will waste your money. Believe me folks.

Got my nails done at another company. Was not happy with them,since i had been a client of surprise nails for years i decided to go to see if they can correct the bad quality of work i had received. Unfortunately Tom who always did my nails for years was apparently in a miserably mood. He was disgustingly rude and seemed to be annoyed that i was bothering him with someone else's work. He kept stating that how was he supposed to fix someone elses work if he fidnt know what she did. Yet he had not seen or requested to see my nails to assess what had neen done. His approach and manner of speaking to me in a shop full of people was appalling and humiliating. I left and took my business to another shop where i was welcomed and greeted professionally. She repaired my nails and i was extremely happy with the results and she charged me next to nothing . If you want friendly professional service dont bother with this shop especially Tom. Nice nails for you is the place to go .
