The nail polish cracked off my finger the next day. I put it back on to take the photo below. 2 days after, another nail was chipping off. The old chinese lady owner, said it will only last 3 days, because of all the washing. Really...like I overwashed my 2 fingers only and she said this time she will do it. Bad attitude and I left without re-doing it. Never going back...too many places in Woodbine and every other block doing this Dr. Flea too

I went to Mary's Nails to get a re-fill. I have been to the store on several occasions for piercings for both myself and my daughter and to get my daughter's and my nails done. On this most recent visit, I was told that they were busy and to come back in a half hour. I returned within the half hour and after speaking to each other in their language (male and female), the female responded in a very abrupt manner that they were busy. The store did not appear to be very busy and to top it off, someone who came after me the first time was getting a pedicure. Very poor customer service. I won't be returning.

She is not nice no interpersonal skills she is not friendly. Horrible customer service. She always rushes and don't do a good job and if you ask her to fix it she gets upset and start speaking her language to her staff and the will all be laughing. They are all horrible but the owner is the worst. Even when its not a busy day they will still be rushing your service

went to get a simple manicure.. wat a horrible job they did, no massage, rushed job... and on top of that nail polish looked like it was applied by a 5 year old.... they would not admit to fault..

Just to inform all costumers they have baby roaches crawling all over the pedicure basin. They tryed to tell me it was nothing after stomping her foot but the next basin were lady had her feet done was also on her basin. They denied it

Took my 9 month old to just to put a stud into her ear but she ended up putting another hole into my babies ear, it hurt the baby so much that she had to suffer for two days with pain. BEWARE of the lady .
