We have shopped here tally for over 2 years, bought multiple suits, shirts and pants. I came in with 2 shirts ripped in the same spot. I have not had any significant weight gain. The shirts were not very old; they still had the styles in store. The manager, Haroon, despite knowing I am a loyal customer refused to entertain any notion of a return or exchange. His exact words were "if you came back within 2 weeks of buying it then I could return it." I asked wouldn't that just be covered by the return policy? He just ignored my observation. I asked what's the point of a manufacturers fault coverage if it's only going to be entertained in the 2 week return period? Highly dissatisfied.
