Thanksgiving weekend, (very busy) there was an unintentional mistake made by a cashier, which I didn't notice until I returned home. I went back to the store and spoke to Matthew, who explained the protocol of their store and said that someone would contact me. Unfortunately, no one did but when I called, the manager Evette was polite and helpful and the issue was resolved. I love Ralph Lauren clothing and I'm glad this was a positive experience so that I may continue to shop there. Thank you! Sharon Wolters, Guelph
