Even after asking the sales rep on the floor to confirm the price of a bag on the wall display with one large sale price advertising the merchandise at $169, I was overcharged by the cashier. The Manager will not honour the price shown on the display. Elsewhere in the store, displays of 40% off merchandise are clearly shown which is where these higher priced bags should be displayed. Very poor customer service. Don't display a large price sign and then hide higher priced bags on the same display to trick your customers. Kate Spade had better pricing, accurately displayed and better customer service.
