I have been buying my shoes at ECCO store in Toronto Premium Outlet Mall for the past several years - despite the absolute lack of service or customer service interest. On Thursday this week I had the great pleasure of attending your store and being looked after by Robert & his colleague. Wow, this store has done a 360!! Service was great, excellent communication & impressive product knowledge. Highly recommend.
