Shameful customer service. The woman that "helped" me (she had large eyelashes for reference) lost patience with me and stopped helping entirely, leaving me to figure it out on my own. Because I got no help I made the wrong purchase and had to return. The same woman who failed to help the first time was at the store and she intentionally avoided helping me so I had to help myself again. The manager was uninterested in my feedback.
