Samsung services are totally unreliable! | by Milka Cook on Jun 22, 2020
First of all, you should try and keep your voice mail message updated! According your instructions, you are not mentioning opening hrs. Is very misleading , as you don't mention the Covid-19 period for us seniors who are not IT trained and need personal assistance . I went to the store, and the young man said, "not opened " while when i phoned it says " opend", was referring me to internet!? I am a Senior, and can not communicate in this kind of manner!
