As a 36 year member of the Y Health Club, I was reticent about any change. Then one of my buddies said "Don't be a bonehead, go 2 blocks south to Planet Fitness." I got the tour & my husband & I signed up. Assessment: 1) Staff: Super friendly. 2) Equipment: Scads of it; brand new top of the line. 3) Cleanliness: All staff and members are super considerate. You could eat off the floor. 4) Access: 24/7; stay as long as you want. I'm there to stay.
