I had a bad experience and good experience I went to Eaton Centre Freedom mobile and met Mohit- he started by saying -I will not touch your phone .Every action, and word was rude and kind of putting u off. I left and walked out in search of a cell phone service repair store-on the way I noticed another Freedom mobile store at College park-was very hesitant to enter the store ,but finally did. The experience was amazing. Noreen was my sales rep. She touched my phone -and was very polite- the conversation opened up and I ended up buying a new phone. She made the client very happy ,as well as made business for her company, besides she was pleasant, polite and a top notch sales person. Freedom should be proud to have her. She is an asset. On the other hand Mohit at Eaton was a disaster of an experience.
