I have been to the Skechers at Scarborough Town Centre and the one at the Eaton Centre. Every time I go to the Eaton Centre Skechers it is AMAZING! The staff are always so happy to help me. The service is outstanding. The shoes are also outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about this store!

I love Sketchers. White. I have 5 pairs plus I buy them for relatives in Brazil. When the Eaton Centre was closed I drove to the Oakville store. The staff at the Eaton Centre is great. Very knowledgable, very friendly, always willing to help. They are masters at dealing with many customers at the same time, leaving everyone happy, an buying shoes! Especially Store Manager (I think) Cindy. She is the best. Does an amazing job. Thanks!

Just called to look for items in stock the girl was very unhelpful when I asked questions I wouldn’t want to visit here for sales .. it was the girl who worked on Friday aug 28th at 1pm .. all I wanted was items were in stock and she replied with “u have to come to store to see it” no place ever told me in that manner.. I called because I didn’t have time to come to the store check the availability to find out possibly the items were not there.. when I asked if there’s another person to talk to since she is difficult and not giving me any customer service she said to me to call later... she also said she’s the only person on the floor at the time I do not believe that on a Friday any store like I’m Eatons have only one person when one person can’t even control the incoming of ppl at the door and provide support for the customers inside .. very bad service and the manager should know about this issue the girl seemed like she didn’t want to work and didn’t want to help me that is a very bad representation of an employee for a brand
