Disrespectful and unprofessional. When I arrived at the store customers who arrived before and after me were assisted. There was no proper line up for assistance. A store representative behind the counter came around to ask a couple if they had been helped. She did not acknowledge me. As she returned to the counter I asked her how long the wait was. She barely responded saying it would be over 30 minutes as she walked past me. I continued to stand there awkwardly for another 2 minutes before I left. I went to the store to exchange a modem however I have since decided to cancel my plan. Please consider treating all your customers with dignity and respect in the future.
