Customer service was the the worst I have ever experienced. Demeaning attitude, and very rude staff. A wonderful day looking engagement jewellery for my sister turned into a horrible afternoon. Judging people, did not realize they lost a customer with a $20,000 budget. I reccoment European Jewelers or Birks.
