You should know there is a Facebook post regarding the behaviour of one of your employees when someone walked past the kiosk and ignored the employee asking if they wanted a sample. The employee proceeded to make “Chinese” sounds, which the person interpreted to be an insulting suggestion that the reason they were not responding was because they didn’t speak English. When confronted, the employee said nothing. Please attend to this situation at your earliest convenience.
