My experience at McDonald’s in The Toronto Eaton Centre | by Chris on Jul 27, 2018
My experience at McDonald’s was terrible. I noticed that the employees were mainly students, who were untrained and running here and there wasting a lot of time. The orders were many and the customers were waiting patiently. I was told by the so called coordinator to go to the far left side of the counter to give my order. I went and ordered an Angus with everything on. I was told by the same coordinator to wait on the far right of the desk to receive my order. I did so and was waiting for about 20 minutes, but I did not see my order number on the list. I then went and ask another coordinator why my order has been delayed and to my surprise she told me that I should have waited at the same place where I made the order. I could not believe how disorganized and incompetent these coordinators are. I went to the left side of the desk and my order was sitting there. They heated it again and the beef was black with only a piece of tomato, a slice of cheese and two pieces of lettuce. I suggest that that franchisee hires qualified people because this is the busiest McDonald’s location in Toronto and I noticed a number of customers were unhappy about the service.
