Just wanted to say thank you to Bert Carapanta, the assistant manager in the Eaton Centre location. Always very courteous and professtional. Gave me great advise on what was fixable and what was not. Definitely the best jewellery repair store in the downtown core. I have been to the "other" jewellery store in the mall, and would never go back there. Am so luckly that Bert was there to help me. Thank You Bert and your team!
