The amazing staff (Sean is the only name I remember, but possibly Kyle or Kyla and Alexa or Alex) answered three phone calls as I tried to get a birthday coat in the right colour and size put on hold for my daughter. They were polite, cheerful and anxious to suggest alternatives she might like to try as well. This made a huge difference to a senior who does not yet want to shop in stores. Thank you. Picked up Friday, Feb. 4th.
